Please note: Iane Jewelry ships all international orders as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means that any import duties and taxes levied by the destination country are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

- If you don't pick up or refuse your DHL package, they'll try to deliver it again. If that fails, the package will be destroyed by local officials. We can't refund you for unclaimed or refused packages. If we can return the package, you'll have to pay for the return shipping, which we'll subtract from your refund.

Warranty Information
All Iane Jewelery pieces have a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects but not for natural wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. In order for the warranty to be valid, proof of purchase is required. Warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.
