Warranty Information

All Iane Jewelery  pieces have a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects but not for natural wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. In order for the warranty to be valid, proof of purchase is required. Warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

For your own security, please  return the  jewelery to us by registered mail or as a parcel with a return receipt as we are unable to assume responsibility for any damage, loss or theft during the parcel transport.
