Returns & Exchanges
We strive to ensure each and every jewelry purchase is perfect and carefully packaged to minimise any damage during transit. In the unfortunate event your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact our customer service representatives to arrange a replacement.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PROMOTIONAL OR SALE ITEMS.
All returns are at the cost of the customer.
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not allow for exchanges or returns on earrings, or in a case of change of mind.
You may exchange your bracelet, necklace or ring if the item does not fit correctly. Please speak to our customer service team to arrange the correct size. A store credit may be issued instead of exchange if preferred.
In order for us to accept your jewelery item for exchange all Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, the product will be returned to the customer.
If you wish to exchange an unworn item for a cheaper piece, we are unable to refund the excess.
Items must also be returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
