Duties & Taxes at Iane Jewelry

For international orders placed on Iane Jewelry's website (those outside of Australia), import duties and local taxes may be incurred on your purchase once your package arrives in your country. These fees are not included in the price of the jewelry and are your responsibility as the customer.

Please note: Iane Jewelry ships all international orders as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means that any import duties and taxes levied by the destination country are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Here's what you need to know:

• Who pays: You, the customer, are responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by the country the parcel is shipped to.
• Cost: The amount of these fees varies depending on the regulations of each individual country. It's recommended to contact your local customs office for specific information regarding what fees you might expect to pay.
• Delivery: Iane Jewelry is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance or third-party delivery companies.
• What will happen if I don't pick up my DHL Express parcel or one from another carrier?

• If you don't pick up or refuse your DHL package, they'll try to deliver it again. If that fails, the package will be destroyed by local officials. We can't refund you for unclaimed or refused packages. If we can return the package, you'll have to pay for the return shipping, which we'll subtract from your refund.
