We use solid sterling silver (925).The '925' represents 92.5% minimum pure silver. As pure silver is soft and malleable (making it prone to breakage), 7.5% is made up of alloy. This helps our silver remain durable and suitable for everyday use while remaining high quality.

Our warranty policy covers all of the jewelry purchased from Iane Jewellery. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but does not cover neglect and abuse. All of our jewellery has a warranty period of 3 months. Please contact our Customer Service team here if you have questions about your warranty.

Although Sterling Silver has a lesser reaction to water and is a fabulous metal to wear every day, we still recommend taking your jewelry off when you’re swimming especially if you are in chlorine water. This is to make sure that the shine of the jewellery will last. However, it’s completely okay for it to get wet, just make sure you pat it dry after swimming or showering.

Sterling silver survives sweat better than other metals, however it would not hurt taking it off to preserve its beauty. Also, it might get in the way of your workout.

Yes, IANE Jewelry was founded in 2022 by Lucianne & Tatiane. All jewellery pieces are designed by our team of designers in our Canberra design studio and handcrafted in Brazil.

Depending on the type of breakage and wear, we can offer a repair or a replacement in the case of a faulty product. Please note that all repairs are sent to an external jeweller and are not repaired in house. Repairs and replacements outside of the warranty period may incur a fee of $50 AUD plus postage.

Many of our necklaces have multiple clasp-points to very lengths. Please check the item description.

No, sorry, we do not offer engraving.

Please note that engraving will damage the rhodium finish of the jewellery.

All Iane Jewellery purchased from our online store come with a gift receipt for returns and has all pricing stickers and tags removed. Any item purchased from us is perfect as a gift!
