- If you don't pick up or refuse your DHL package, they'll try to deliver it again. If that fails, the package will be destroyed by local officials. We can't refund you for unclaimed or refused packages. If we can return the package, you'll have to pay for the return shipping, which we'll subtract from your refund.

In order for the warranty to be valid, proof of purchase is required. Warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.
